Overview of Our 30-Day Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

 

  • In the same condition that you received it.

     

  • Unworn or unused.

     

  • With all original tags attached.

     

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at morelandstudios@yahoo.com to initiate the request.

  2. Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Ship the Item: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: If your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is:

  • Defective or damaged.

  • The wrong item.

This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases).

  • Sale items and gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 


European Union: 3-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet the eligibility criteria (unworn, with tags, etc.) mentioned above.

 


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
